People always ask, is Dior worth the investment? On the products I love—I say yes! This plumping lash primer is one of my favorites to use before I apply my choice of mascara. Marc Jacobs is famous for his rule-breaking creativity when it comes to fashion, so it’s no surprise that his makeup line follows suit.
