Run It Back

Working out sounds like a great idea until it comes time to actually do it, right?  

I keep up a consistent fitness routine throughout the year and now, with the Chiefs heading to the Super Bowl, I’m ready to “Run It Back” to Tampa looking and feeling my best. I thought I’d share a few of my products to inspire you to get in the game and work out, too!

Maybe you’ve had thoughts like: “should I go for a run?” “What’s the best app for a workout video? “Maybe I should just look on Pinterest for a workout plan,”

…and next thing you know you have created an entire mood board for your future house. Working out is even more complicated with the COVID restrictions and mandatory masks at public gyms.

I know how overwhelming working out can be whether it’s your first time or your 100th.

BUT don’t worry – I’m here to offer some ways to help you get in the spirit to work out in the comfort of your own home!
