Let’s HIIT it!

Let’s HIIT it this week for Workout Wednesday! HIIT is for ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ made to strengthen your muscle groups while burning calories at a higher rate.

Circuit details:
~ Squats
~ Criss-cross Squats
~ Side-to-side Jump Overs
~ Mountain Climbers
~ Bicycles
~ Tricep Dips + Glute Bridge
~ Inchworm + Push-up
~ Spider Monkeys
*Do each exercise for 45-60 seconds + Repeat the circuit 3 times.
Always remember control + form over speed!
