Circuit details:
~ Squats
~ Criss-cross Squats
~ Side-to-side Jump Overs
~ Mountain Climbers
~ Bicycles
~ Tricep Dips + Glute Bridge
~ Inchworm + Push-up
~ Spider Monkeys
*Do each exercise for 45-60 seconds + Repeat the circuit 3 times.
